Local Delivery Policy

We offer free local delivery orders over £15.00 that are within our supported local delivery zone, these currently include postcodes starting with: E10, E11, and E17. Your order will automatically give you free local delivery if your address is eligible.
We always aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of an order being placed, we then hand the orders and control onto one of our delivery team. Usually, you'll receive your order within the standard 0-2 working days. But please allow up to a total of 4 working days (including handling) before contacting us.

We ship to our customers almost everywhere in the UK (FREE on orders over £45.00). We always aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of an order being placed, we then hand over the orders and control from that point on to one of our delivery partners.
Usually, you'll receive your order within the standard 2-3 working days. But please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us. Some orders just take a little bit longer, particularly over bank holidays and busy times of the year like Christmas.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
If you are unsatisfied or made a mistake you have the right to cancel within __14__ days of placing the order.*
All returns must be postmarked within __14__ days after receiving the item(s). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
*Customers who wish to cancel or replace an order are liable for return postage.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at max __14__ working days after we receive the item(s) for your refund.
For faulty, defective or damaged products, you have up to __30__ days after receiving the item. Please contact us at the customer email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Where not faulty, defective or damaged, sealed products are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection and hygiene.
