During the picking process, Yunnan green tea only uses the youngest tea leaves, two leaves and one bud. It is then taken through, twisting, drying, and other processes. Due to high-temperature, timely twisting, and rapid drying, it controls the activity of enzymes and the oxidation of polyphenols, preventing the fermentation of buds and keeping tea leaves green. Typically when brewed it forms a rich taste, long-lasting aroma, and aftertaste, yellow-green infusion.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and odourless environment, preferably in an airtight jar or a relatively airtight tin.
Dry Appearance: Green, yellow-green, the shape is slightly curled.
Infusion: Pale green, clear, the fragrance is grassy, with sweet earthy notes, and the taste is similar to the smell, fresh and earthy notes, followed by a mellow sweetness and slight bitterness.
After Brewing: Tea leaves are fully stretched and full of fragrance.
